Walter Verlin Hoskins

HOSKINS, Walter Verlin of Goodrich; went to his heavenly home on December 4, 2023; age 85. Preceded in death by his beloved wife of 47 years, Agnes and his siblings, Vermont, Clemont, Wallace (late Sharon) and Carlie.  Loving father of Kim (Tim) Tangney and Bruce Hoskins.  Proud Papaw of Meghan (Richard) Longo, Austin (Shelby), Drake, Emme and Logan.  Loved great Papaw of Reagan.  Dear brother of Darlene (Donny) Skelton.  Verlin retired from General Motors.  He was proud to serve in the United States Army.  Verlin was a longtime member of River of Life Christian Church.  He enjoyed spending time with family, close friends and neighbors.

Visitation Thursday 3-8 pm at the Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston.

Funeral Service Friday, December 8th at 12:30 pm at the funeral home.

Interment Ottawa Park Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to River of Life Christian Church.
