Willa Mae Tabor

TABOR, Willa Mae; of Waterville, Ohio formerly of Waterford, Michigan and Mount Ida, Arkansas;

born on October 2, 1931 to Buford & Bessie Abernathy; passed away on May 10, 2026;

Preceded in death by her first husband Harlin Tabor in 1984 and her second husband Elwin "Al" Hale in 2019.

Mother of Ronald (Chris) Tabor, Steven (Gloria) Tabor, Brenda (Mace) Odneal, and Melissa (Dennis) Smith;

Grandma of Sean (Kendall) Tabor, Tim Tabor, Matthew Tabor, Brent Tabor, TamiAnn Tabor, Melissa (Ryan) Kasza , Daniel (Sheila) Errett, Natalie (Shelby) Simmons, Charles "Eddie" Milligan, and the late Joshua Milligan.

Also survived by 15 great grandchildren;

Sister of the late Waylon (Karen) Abernathy and Alton (late Vanida) Abernathy.

Willa retired from Fisher Body/General Motors. She was a member of Lakecrest Baptist Church for many years and currently was a member of Monclova Road Baptist Church, Monclova, OH. Willa enjoyed crocheting, painting, and was a master gardener.

Friends may visit Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston on Friday, May 22nd at 1:00pm followed by a funeral service at 2:00pm.

Interment Ottawa Park Cemetery, Clarkston.
