William A. "Bud" Morgan

MORGAN, William Arthur "Bud", age 80 of Clarkston, formerly of Battle Creek, passed away on November 15th after a long battle with Parkinson's.

Bud married Ruth in 1972 and had 51 happy years together.  Together they built a beautiful family with their four kids Mary Ann (Philip) Haar, Janie Yates, John Morgan, and Kathryn Morgan.  With much laughter and joy their family has grown to include John David, Libby, Morgan, Katie, and Maggie. Bud loved his sister Gloria and together, they embraced their Welsh heritage with their 17 Morgan cousins.

Bud enjoyed 30 years at the Kellogg Company, starting off as a Sales Rep and working his way to Vice President of Food Service.  His career gave the family the opportunity to frequently relocate and experience living in many states across the U.S.

He enjoyed golf, history, running and college football, but most of all he enjoyed his family.

Visitation will be held Sunday, November 19, 2023, from 5pm to 7pm at the Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston. Funeral Service will be Monday at 10:00 am at the funeral home, with visitation beginning at 9am. Private Interment Lakeview Cemetery.
