William E. Hahn

William E. Hahn, 88, (Bill to many) passed away at home November 5, 2025, surrounded by family. Bill is survived by his wife, Sharon, of 62 years, his three sons, Daniel, William, and Robert (Cameron), and granddaughter, Emily. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary and Gottlob Hahn, his brother, Ernest, and sister, Pearl Janke. Bill was an enthusiastic Lions, Pistons, and Tigers fan, holding season tickets for all three teams. In his younger years he could be found at Detroit Dragway with his '64 Chevelle SS, powered by a 427 mystery engine. His day job included ownership of car dealerships in Clarkston, Waterford, Pontiac and Royal Oak. Bill was an active participant in the day-to-day business of selling and servicing cars, and never considered retiring. He always looked for the best in people, and enjoyed the discovery of same. He was a member of Clarkston United Methodist Church in Clarkston, MI and The Little Stone Church on Mackinac Island, where he spent his weekends in the summer.

Visitation will be at 1:00 pm, prior to the 2:00 p.m. services on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at the Clarkston United Methodist Church, 6600 Waldon Rd., Clarkston, Ml.
